Your complete satisfaction is our number 1 priority, and we’re confident that you’ll be happy with your Cover-More Travel Insurance policy. However, we allow you to cancel your policy—no questions asked—within 15 days of when your policy was issued.
To cancel your policy, call our customer service line (available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm): 01245 272408 and speak with an agent. You will receive a full refund as long as:
- You have not already made a claim under the policy
- You haven’t begun travelling yet
- You cancel the policy within 15 working days from the time of issue

Before you decide to cancel your travel insurance policy, remember why you bought it! Your policy gives you financial and personal protection in case something goes wrong when you travel. You’ll also have access to 24-hour emergency assistance, so no matter where you are, you’re only a phone call away from help.
