Frequently asked ...

Cover
Why am I being asked which country I am spending most time in?
answer:
We ask this so we can cover you correctly for your trip. We need to identify the country in which you plan to spend most of your time. If for any reason you are unsure, for example you have a flexible itinery, then this should be your best guess at the time you buy your insurance. This will not affect your premium or your cover. You do not need to tell us if you change your plans.
Would my policy cover me against redundancy?
answer:
Our policy can provide cover for cancellation due to the redundancy of a policy holder if they are being made redundant from full-time, continous, permanent employment, as long as they are entitled to payment under the current redundancy payments law and that, at the time of booking Your Trip it was unforseeable. Please refer to the Policy Wording for more information.
Do you cover loss of baggage?
answer:
Our policy does provide cover for loss, theft and damage to your baggage. The amount you can claim up to will depend on the plan you choose to purchase. Please note, item limits and some exclusions do apply.
Is the 'start date' for Single Trip and Annual Multi-Trip policies different?

For Annual Multi-Trips the start date is the date that you would like your policy to commence, however, cover does not commence under any section until the policy start date.
