Claim Form 1 - Overseas Medical, Dental, Bringing you home in an Emergency, Funeral Expenses, Hospital Stay
Claim Form 2 - Cancelling & Cutting your trip short
Claim Form 3 - Luggage, Delayed Luggage, Money & Travellers Cheques, Passport & Travel Documents, Business or Golf Items
Claim Form 4 - Missed Departure, Abandoning your Trip, Travel Delay, Securing your Home, Pet Cover
Claim Form 5 - All other claims
